A human reads every message.

A real-life elimination game run as a season — an outdoor social game and interactive reality show. A curated cast of about one hundred adult players competes across one city. Everyone else watches live in the app, votes, sponsors players, authors trials, and donates to the pot.

The organizing law of the whole thing: the audience is in control. Watchers decide who wins, who the weekly reaping takes out, who gets saved, and where the money goes.

The game is non-contact by rule. An elimination is a phone scan, never a touch. Play exists only between 9:00 and 22:00, in public zones, with explicit no-go zones (homes, non-players' workplaces, moving vehicles, transit platforms), a no-questions panic button, human moderation on everything, and instant disqualification for contact or dangerous pursuit.

Spectators never see a player's precise location — the public map is zone-level and delayed thirty minutes. Everyone in MANSORI is a consenting adult; cast players sign a participation agreement before the season starts. The full rules are in the Conduct Codex.

MANSORI is invite-only. Every member holds a small number of keys to hand to people they vouch for, so the fastest way in is knowing someone inside.

No key? Join the gathering — the waitlist on the home page. The first thousand members are founding members and hear everything first.

Everyone joins as a watcher. Choosing PLAYER in the app doesn't make you one — it opens an application: a short video, why you, your availability, and an honest physical check ("can you cross the city on foot?").

Roughly one hundred are cast per season, chosen by humans for a deliberate mix — the athlete, the schemer, the underdog, the person everyone roots for. If you aren't cast, you remain a watcher with an APPLICANT badge, and strong watcher activity counts toward future seasons.

Votes are sovereign. The audience votes on who wins the finale, on the weekly reaping (take one out, save one), on where events land, and on the trials: watchers write trials, vote the best one to the top, then vote on which player must face it.

Beyond votes: sponsor a player with power-ups, open a bounty on a frontrunner, send the Whisper in a live room, feed the pot. Players provide the danger; watchers run the game.

Yes. The app is free — no subscription, no paywall — and there are never entry fees for players. Watching, voting, and applying cost nothing. The pot is funded by audience gifts, not by anyone buying their way in.
