Terms
These terms govern your membership in Mansori, the estate register. They are written plainly, and they are meant to be read.
Membership and the trial
Your first week is yours — a seven-day trial with full access, begun when you create your account. If a member proposed you, your trial is fourteen days rather than seven. When the trial ends, membership begins if you choose it:
- $39 per month, or
- $399 per year — two months are yours on the annual plan.
Membership renews automatically at the price you chose until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Managers and heirs you invite are free — the estate pays, its people do not.
A full refund within thirty days
If Mansori is not for you, write to us within thirty days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No case to argue.
The founding rate
The first one hundred estates are Founding Members. The rate a Founding Member joins at is locked for the life of that membership and will not rise. This distinction is limited to the first one hundred estates; once they are taken, the founding rate closes.
Records, not advice
Mansori keeps and organizes your records. It is not a lawyer, an insurance broker, or a tax advisor, and nothing in it is professional advice. In particular:
- Insurance notes are prompts, not coverage advice. Where we observe that a policy has lapsed or a date is approaching, treat it as a question to raise with your own broker — not as a statement of what you are or are not covered for.
- Estate-readiness notes are not legal advice. Guidance on organizing your estate for those who follow you is informational. Speak with your attorney about your will, your trust, and your plans.
- The Handover is not a will. It shares a copy of your records with the people you choose. It does not transfer ownership of anything and has no legal effect on your estate. Your attorney prepares the instruments that do.
- Values are estimates. Any figure Mansori shows for what something is worth is an estimate for your own reference, not an appraisal or a guarantee.
Using Mansori well
Keep your own records, and records you are entitled to keep. Do not use Mansori to store material you have no right to hold, and do not attempt to reach another member's estate. You are responsible for keeping your account and your sign-in secure.
Ending your membership
You may close your account at any time, and you keep the Exit Door when you do: a full export of everything you have built here. We may suspend or end an account that is used against these terms, and where we can, we will let you export first.
