Mansori helps you get money back. To do that we look at receipts, not secrets. Here is exactly what we do and never do — in plain language.
You connect your email through Google's or Microsoft's own secure sign-in. Your password is entered on their site, never ours. We only receive a revocable, read-only key — and you can revoke it any time.
We can read receipts to find money owed to you. We cannot send email, delete anything, or act inside your inbox. Ever.
No bank login, no bank password, no account numbers. Unlike apps that demand full bank access, we work from receipts and public records.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep the structured findings that show your money; we purge raw email content on a schedule. We keep the least we can.
You own your data. Ask us to delete it and it is gone — connections revoked, records removed. No hostage-taking, no dark patterns.
Our business is a success fee on money we recover for you. That is the only way we make money. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. Full stop.
When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you are sent to Google's or Microsoft's own login. You approve a specific, read-only permission there. During early access you may see a note that our app is still being reviewed by Google — that is normal for new apps and simply means the independent security certification is in progress. Your access is always revocable from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Yahoo and iCloud don't offer this kind of sign-in, so for those you generate a one-time app-specific password in your Apple or Yahoo settings — your real password is never involved.
When money is recovered, it is paid directly to you — by the state, the tax agency, or the settlement — into your own account. We do not hold your money. We charge our success fee only after you have been paid, to the card you authorized, and only if we actually recovered something. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.
Before we pursue a claim, we confirm your identity, and recovered money can only ever be directed to you. This protects you: no one else can claim what is yours.
