Limited authorization to recover funds
What you are agreeing to
This is the exact authorization you consent to when you approve a claim in Mansori. It is written in plain language on purpose, and it is the same text the app shows you before you sign. You give it one claim at a time, when you approve that claim.
I authorize Mansori to act as my limited agent to identify, prepare, file, and pursue money owed to me, to correspond with companies and agencies on my behalf regarding my claims, and to charge its published success fee to my payment method only when money is actually recovered. This authorization is limited to recovery matters, does not make Mansori my attorney, and I may withdraw it at any time for any claim not yet paid.
What this authorization allows
- Identify and prepare. Mansori may assemble and complete the paperwork for a claim you have approved, using the information you have given it.
- File. Mansori may submit that claim to the company, program, agency, or administrator that holds the money.
- Pursue and correspond. Mansori may write to, reply to, and follow up with those companies and agencies on your behalf about your claims — and you can see that correspondence in the app.
- Charge the success fee. Mansori may charge the success fee published in the fee schedule to the payment method you put on file — but only after money is actually recovered for you. If nothing is recovered, nothing is charged.
What this authorization does not allow
- It does not make Mansori your lawyer or attorney. Mansori is not a law firm and does not provide legal or financial advice.
- It is not a general power of attorney or any broad power over your affairs. It is limited to recovery matters — the specific claims you approve.
- It does not let Mansori move, hold, or take custody of your money. Recovered money is paid directly to you, to the verified person, into your own account.
- It does not authorize any charge before money is recovered. There are no upfront fees and no subscription.
Withdrawing this authorization
You can withdraw this authorization at any time, for any claim that has not yet been paid. Withdraw it in the app or by emailing support@mansori.ai. Withdrawal stops further work on that claim. It does not undo work already completed, and a success fee already earned on money already recovered remains owed, as set out in the terms of service.
Identity and payouts
Before your first claim is filed, you complete identity verification. Recovered money can only ever be directed to the verified person — your name, your accounts. This protects you: no one else can claim what is yours.
The fee
The success fee is a percentage of the amount recovered, set per recovery type in the fee schedule, and charged only after the money is confirmed received. Unclaimed-property recoveries are always free. The version of the fee schedule in force when you approve a claim is the one that applies to it.
How this fits together
This authorization is given under, and is part of, Mansori's terms of service. It is signed electronically — typing your full legal name in the app is your signature — and Mansori keeps a record of it, including your name, the date and time, and the version of this authorization you agreed to.
