1. What Mansori is

Mansori is an AI wealth-mentor app. Its mentor, Ace, helps you organize your money, plan your days, and work toward a goal you choose — built from your own real numbers. Mansori gives educational guidance and organization. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it never recommends stocks, funds, cryptocurrencies, or any other investment.

2. Your money stays yours

Every connection you make — email and business revenue — is read-only. Mansori never asks for your bank password and does not connect to your bank accounts. Mansori can never move, hold, or withdraw your money. You can disconnect any source at any time.

3. Your account

• You need an account to use Mansori, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Give accurate information, and use Mansori only for yourself and only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to harm others.

4. The goal is yours

You choose your goal — the number you are working toward for the year. Mansori never picks it for you and never promises you will reach it. What you earn or save depends on what you do. Anyone promising guaranteed income is selling something else.

5. Subscription and billing

Mansori is free during early access. At launch it becomes a simple subscription — no success fees, no percentages, and never a cut of your money. Specific prices will be published on the pricing page before launch.

When paid plans begin, your subscription is billed and managed through the app store you signed up on (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can cancel at any time from your app-store account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal, and the store's own refund policy applies.

6. Ending things

You can stop using Mansori and delete your account and all of your data at any time, from inside the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account removes what Ace knows about you — your goal, notes, plan, and connected-data records.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

Mansori is educational software provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. It is a tool to help you organize and plan; it does not guarantee any financial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mansori is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the guidance it offers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada have jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and Mansori agree to that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version and effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Mansori after a change means the updated terms apply.
