Privacy policy

The short version

Mansori is an AI wealth-mentor. To mentor you from your real numbers, it needs some of your information — and only for that. We never sell your data, and we never ask for your bank password. This policy is written in plain language on purpose, and it stays that way.

What we collect

• Your account — your name and email, so you can sign in and Ace knows what to call you.
• What you tell Ace — your goal, your skills and wealth engines, your answers about money, relationships, and fitness, your notes, and your conversations with Ace. This is what makes the guidance yours instead of generic.
• Email you connect (read-only) — if you connect a mailbox with read-only access, we scan it for recurring charges and subscriptions so Ace can point out spending to review. Access is read-only: we can read to find spend, and we cannot send, change, or delete anything in your inbox.
• Business revenue — the figures you choose to enter about what you already do, so Ace can help you grow it.
• Device basics — ordinary technical information such as device type, app version, and timezone, used to keep the service working and to plan your day in your own time.

How we use it

One thing: to mentor you. We turn what you connect and tell us into a daily brief, your daily moves, an evening check-in, and guidance from Ace toward the goal you chose. We also use the minimum necessary to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and answer your support requests. That is the whole use. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it or hand it to anyone to train their own models for other purposes.

What we never do

• We never sell your data. To anyone, for any reason.
• We never rent or share your data with advertisers, and we run no third-party ad tracking.
• We never ask for your bank password, and we will never ask you to share online-banking credentials with us.

When we share, and with whom

We share your information only as far as it takes to run the service, and only with the providers that help us do it:

• Supabase — our cloud hosting and database, where your data is stored.
• Anthropic — the AI that powers Ace. To generate a reply, the relevant context from your conversation and data is sent to Anthropic's API; it is processed to answer you and is not used to train models on your data.
• Email delivery — to send the notices and briefs you ask for.
• When the law requires it — to comply with a lawful legal obligation, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

These providers act on our instructions and only for these purposes. We do not share your data for anyone's advertising, ever.

How long we keep things

We practise data minimization: we keep the least we can, for as long as we genuinely need it to mentor you. Raw email content is treated carefully — we scan it, keep the minimum structured facts (for example, that a subscription exists and its amount), and purge the raw content on a set schedule. When you delete your account, we remove your data and revoke connected access, keeping only the narrow records we are legally required to retain.

How we protect it

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is tightly scoped: row-level security (RLS) in our database means your records are readable only in your own authenticated context, not across users. Email connections are read-only and revocable by you at any time. We treat your data as a liability to be minimized, not an asset to be mined.

Your rights

• Access — you can ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Export — you can get a copy of your data in a portable form.
• Correct — you can fix information that is wrong.
• Delete — you can delete your data in one tap from the app. No emails to write, no retention tricks. (We keep only what the law requires, as noted above.)
• Withdraw consent — you can disconnect a mailbox at any time.

To exercise any of these, use the app or email support@mansori.ai. We do not charge for these requests, and we will not retaliate for making one.

Legal bases and jurisdictions

Mansori is based in Quebec, Canada, and operates under Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, and honours CCPA/CPRA rights for California residents. We handle your personal information on these bases:

• Your consent — to scan the email you connect.
• Performing our agreement with you — to provide the mentor service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and confirm one identity per account, balanced against your privacy.
• Legal obligations — to meet record-keeping and other legal requirements.

Under Law 25 and PIPEDA you may also contact our privacy office at support@mansori.ai and, if unsatisfied, complain to the applicable regulator. For California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

Mansori is for adults. The service is intended for people 18 and older, and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the version and effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Mansori after a change means the updated policy applies.
