Privacy
You are the customer here, not the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. This page says plainly what we hold, where it lives, and the choices that stay yours.
What we store
Only what the register needs to work:
- The records you choose to keep — your assets and their details, the documents you forward or add, and the notes made from them.
- Your account details — your name, email, and the settings that sign you in and shape your estate.
- Ordinary operational logs needed to keep the service secure and running.
Nothing more. We do not gather your contacts, your location, or your browsing elsewhere.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we build no advertising profile of you. Your estate is not a marketing asset; it is your private record.
Payments
Membership is handled by Stripe, our payments processor. Your card number is entered with Stripe and never passes through us — we see that a membership is active, not the details of your card.
Your documents, encrypted
Documents and records are held in private storage and encrypted at rest. Access is governed by the permissions you set: you see everything, and the people you invite see only the property or records you grant them.
Face ID stays on your device
When you turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometrics, that check happens on your phone. The biometric itself never leaves the device and is never sent to us — we are only told that your device confirmed it was you.
People who are not you
If you record another person — a tenant, for instance — that person's own details belong to them. They may ask us to remove their personal information by writing to privacy@mansori.ai, and we will. Your own factual records of the arrangement — dates, amounts, the history of your property — remain yours.
The Exit Door
You can export everything you keep in Mansori at any time, in full. Your records outlive any app: what you build here is yours to take, whenever you wish, for as long as you are a member and on the day you decide to leave.
Closing your account
You may close your account whenever you choose. When you do, we delete the records you hold with us, keeping only what the law requires us to retain and nothing we do not need. Export first, through the Exit Door, so your copy is with you.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on servers in the United States (US East).
